It is hard.

One of the toughest questions we all face is what we want to happen to our children should they be on their own.  Most people avoid writing a will simply because this is a tough question or they and their spouse do not agree on who should raise the kids.  I often wonder if these types of concerns were around 100 years ago or if it was simply assumed that the family would raise the children or neighbors if there was no one else around.  Today we struggle to determine who gets the kids because we can see the faults in others and do not want our kids to have the same faults.  There simply is not easy decision.
